I spent some time in Durban visiting family in July last year. While I was there, I managed to squeeze in a few shoots, which made my heart extremely happy! This is the Wallis family – when Anthony was just 6 months old.
It’s a few months later now, and he is now walking around, and terrorising their cat!
I was excited to meet this little family, as I am friends with Alex’s sister and all I had heard for months was “squishy nephew this” and “squishy nephew that” – Anthony lived up to all my expectations of being this gorgeous squishy child! I met the family at home, as this is definitely the best way to ensure that little ones feel comfortable – familiar surroundings, any toy their heart desires, and in Anthony’s case, a cat to terrorise the moment he walked within arms reach!
